Invotec has developed and refined its "In-school service program" over the past 8 years, building strong relationships with its education partners during this time. Our support to the schools involves development and implementation of effective ICT solutions, thus opening the door to enriching teaching and learning opportunities for all stakeholders within the education sector.

Our aim is to provide you with high quality service & support built around your schools individual needs. We currently cater products and services within the Melbourne & Sale Diocese regions. We also provide additional support for the school administration packages including SAS2000, & reporting software packages  (*N-Reports, Reporter Pro). *Invotec works closely with the N-Forma support team.

As curriculum standards are constantly being reviewed and changed, Invotec ensures that we keep up to date with new Catholic Education initiatives. We endeavour to consistently deliver industry best practice in the areas of networking, infrastructure and software support and maintenance.

Invotec provides the following quality services and support for your school with our "In-school service program" including:

• Network & server administration (including documentation & network topology diagram)
• Phone & remote support, with 1-2 day emergency response time
• Setup & maintenance of internet & mail services (including SINA & MyInternet)
• Management of network user accounts, profiles and permissions
• Creation of software images for PC and notebook rollouts
• Onsite PC services & repairs
• Software installation and upgrades
• Printing management (setup and configuration)
• Preventative maintenance
• Backup Management (Implementation of a backup & storage strategy catered accordingly for the school)
• Monitoring and controlling virus and spyware activity

We also provide additional services to our school clients including:

• PC, Notebook & hardware sales at competitive education pricing
• Data cabling & management (all our work complies with the regulatory OH&S and Industry standards)
• Wireless networking
